2020 부활절 남북(북남) 기도문
생명의 하나님, 우리에게 부활의 복음을 주셔서 감사합니다. 긴 겨울 속에서도 새 봄을 준비하셨듯이 우리에게도 새 시대를 허락해주시기 간구합니다. 십자가 고난이 부활의 영광을 담고 있는 것처럼 한(조선) 반도의 역경 속에서도 새 역사를 열게 하소서.
세계 곳곳에서 울음소리가 그치지 않습니다. 전쟁과 기아, 기후변화와 전염병 등 천재와 인재가 뒤섞여 고통이 가중되고 있습니다. 이 모든 불행의 뿌리에 인간의 죄악이 자리 잡고 있음을 고백하오니 모두가 행복한 새로운 세상을 만들기 위해 주님의 음성에 귀 기울이게 하소서.
한(조선) 반도에 전쟁이 일어난 지 70년이 되었습니다. 동족끼리 총을 겨눈 결과가 얼마나 끔찍한지를 경험했으니 다시는 싸우지 않기 위해 이제는 공식적으로 전쟁을 끝내게 하소서. 종전선언과 평화조약 체결로 이 땅에서 전쟁의 기운은 몰아내고 평화의 기운이 되살아나게 하소서.
올해로 6·15 선언이 20주년을 맞이합니다. 이 위대한 선언을 단지 추억하는 것이 아니라 우리 함께 살아내게 하소서. ‘남과 북은 나라의 통일 문제를 그 주인인 우리민족끼리 서로 힘을 합쳐 자주적으로 해결해 나가기로 하였다’는 불가역적 대원칙을 실제로 적용하고 실천하게 하소서.
한(조선) 반도의 남북(북남) 관계가 다시 살아나기를 소원합니다. 4·27 판문점 선언으로 한껏 부풀었던 희망의 불씨가 꺼지지 않고 들불처럼 타오르도록 우리를 다시 일으켜 세워 주소서. 좌절의 침울한 기운을 걷어내고 신선한 새 공기를 한(조선) 반도 전체에 불어넣어 주소서.
개성공단 여기저기에 다시금 공장의 불빛이 타오르게 하시고, 인적 끊긴 금강산 골짜기마다 화해의 걸음을 다시 내딛게 하소서. 이산가족의 평생소원을 들어주셔서 감격의 눈물로 이 땅을 적시게 하소서. 비무장지대에서 군사와 무기를 철수하는 평화의 걸음이 이어지고 확산되게 하소서. 정치와 사회 각 분야의 끊어진 교류를 회생시켜 주소서.
코로나19 바이러스가 온 세계를 위협하고 있는 상황에서 남과 북이 생명의 안전을 위해 협력하게 하소서. 이로 인해 고통당하는 모든 이들이 속히 회복되므로 우리 모두가 일상의 평온을 찾을 수 있도록 인도하여 주소서.
부활은 생명·정의·평화의 하나님 나라를 위해 죽임 당한 자의 부활임을 고백합니다. 남과 북의 그리스도인들이 두 손을 맞잡고 지금 여기에서부터 한(조선)반도 희년을 향한 부활의 거룩한 행진을 시작할 수 있도록 주님의 영을 충만히 내려주소서.
이 세상 모든 죽음을 이기시고 부활하신 예수 그리스도 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

2020 Joint North-South Easter Prayer
Thank you, God of Life, for giving us the gospel of rebirth. As you have been preparing for a new spring in a long winter, we ask you to grant to us a new era. Let us open a new history in the midst of the hardship of the Korean Peninsula, just as the story of the crucifixion includes the glory of the resurrection.
The sound of cries continues unceasingly throughout the world. War and starvation, climate change and infectious diseases; a mixture of human-made and natural disasters are increasing. We confess that human sin is at the root of all this misery, so let everyone listen to the voice of the Lord to create a happy new world.
It has been 70 years since the Korean War broke out on the peninsula. Having experienced the terrible consequences of shooting our own people, let us officially end the war so that we will not fight again. May an end-of-war declaration and the signing of a peace treaty remove the atmosphere of war from this land and revive the spirit of peace.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the June 15 declaration. Let us take this time not just to remember this great declaration, but to bring about a living together. Let the South and the North actually apply and practice the irreversible grand principle that the Korean people, the masters of their own destiny, will work together to resolve the issue independently.
We pray that the relations between the two Koreas (North and South) of the Korean Peninsula will come back to life. Please raise up again the hope that had risen up through the April 27 Panmunjom Declaration, so that the flame of this hope that had been kindled will not be extinguished and will burn like wildfire. Please remove the gloom of frustration and breathe a new fresh air into the Korean peninsula.
In the Kaesong Joint Industrial Complex, let the lights of the factories burn again, and let us take steps of reconciliation again in every valley of Mt. Geumgang that has been closed. Please grant the wishes of the separated families, and make the land wet with their tears of joy. Please continue expanding the peace process by withdrawing troops and weapons from the Demilitarized Zone. We pray that you will revive the broken exchanges in the political and social spheres.
Let the South and the North cooperate for the safety of life at a time when the Corona-19 Virus is threatening the whole world. Please, God, guide everyone who suffers from this so that we can all find peace in our daily lives.
We confess that resurrection is the resurrection of those killed for the kingdom of life, justice, and peace. May the Christians of the South and the North hold hands together, and let the Spirit of the Lord fully descend upon us so that the Korean Peninsula can begin its sacred march toward the Jubilee.
We pray in the name of the resurrected Jesus Christ, who has claimed victory over all death in the world. Amen.

한국기독교교회협의회(NCCK)는 지난 68회 정기총회에서 “평화를 이루기까지 있는 힘을 다할 것”(시 34:14)을 다짐하고, 한국전쟁 발발 70년을 맞는 올해 2020년을 한반도에서 전쟁을 종식하고 평화협정을 실현하는 “희년의 해”로 선포하였습니다.
이 희년운동의 일환으로 세계교회협의회 (WCC)와 함께 3월 1일부터 8월 15일까지 “한반도평화를 위한 세계기도운동”을 전개하오니, 이번 주부터 매주 보내드리는 기도문 (혹은 신앙간증문)을 가지고 교회와 가정, 직장과 각 자의 삶의 자리에서 이 기도운동에 적극 참여하여 주시기 바랍니다.
